Jo Hatfield is the Director of People and Culture. Jo works strategically to help deliver improved organisational outcomes. She joined the team in September 2024 and brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience having worked in the public sector. Jo is delighted to bring her knowledge, skills and passions together working at the OCCA. She loves to make a difference where it matters the most – sharing the gospel and encouraging believers to grow in their faith.
Jo enjoys leading worship at her local church and for different events. When she isn’t singing, gardening, working or studying, Jo can be usually be found walking in the countryside with friends and family.
