Meat: Smoked duck breast with roast plum and orange salad with honey & thyme beetroot & balsamic dressing
Veg: Tuscan vegetable salad, chargrilled peppers, artichoke, courgettes, balsamic onions, celeriac purée, aioli, pesto

Fish and meat options are both gluten free, veg option is vegetarian

Preferred main course

Fish: Fillet of salmon with Jerusalem artichoke purée, sautéed new potatoes, sugar snaps & tomatoes, & lemon dressing
Meat: Slow braised pork belly with sautéed French beans, sage potato rosti, roasted carrot, apple sauce, crispy crackling, pork reduction
Veg: Butternut squash and ricotta cannelloni with sage cream, tomato concasse, and pumpkin crisps

Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and cream
Eton mess with crushed meringue, double cream, strawberries and honeycomb crumbs
