Here are some suggestions on how to run the course…feel free to take or leave them as you wish!
We recommend that you do not try and cover more than one session per week. The aim is to give participants time to reflect and begin applying the ideas in their own contexts. Trying to cover too much at once can limit opportunities for deeper engagement and meaningful discussion.
Each session is divided into two parts, both followed by discussion. Depending on the size of your group, you may choose to stay together or break into smaller groups for these discussions.
We recommend allowing 90 minutes per session. This should give you time to:
- Gather
- Go through the opening Bible reflection
- Watch part one of the video
- Discuss the questions
- Watch part two of the video
- Share further thoughts
- End with reflection and prayer
This final time can include completing any unfinished discussions, questions and space for personal reflection.
